Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If todo.md is not for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase and you get it. You do not need to explain why.

Requesting a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write toharlley@todomd.dev from the address you bought with. Nothing else is required.

Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Expect the money within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license key stops working once the refund is issued.

Past the 14 days

Email anyway. The window is a promise, not a wall; if something is broken or you feel shortchanged, a human reads your message and works it out with you.
